- > All non emergency IT Issues are responded to within 24 Business Hours, and prioritized as they are received.
- > All updates are communicated through the Help Desk
- > In the new Help Desk there is a built in Screen Capture feature in the bottom right corner of the form. This allows for screen captures to accurately report issues as well as video to demonstrate your issue. This is highly encouraged for use
- > You may also submit your request via Email at support@tpsovens.com This submits your request in the same manner as the form! Use email if you prefer!
